We pre-fabricate everything in-house. This benefits our customers as we have complete control over quality and deadlines.
Installation
Our in-house installers have years of experience working with solar and overcoming challenges of any kind to deliver the project on time. Our installation team works closely with our designers maliciously implementing the PV solar panels to meet and surpass our customers’ expectations.
Project Management
We assign a project manager to liaise between our internal teams and the customer or building contractor, architects or any agency involved in the project. This allows our clients to keep track of the progress and maintain a direct link with each member of our team.
After sales support
When the job is commissioned and signed off, we have a dedicated in-house customer support team that will provide you full handover documentation, all warranties and guarantees, training on the energy app to view your usage and provide you with many FAQ videos with simple to follow instructions. Furthermore, based on our warranty programmes, we are happy to call out to our customers to discuss details face to face at any stage thereafter.
